Credits and payment

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no account to create: credits belong to the email address you pay with. One video uses one credit. Credits bought on Smalltown Boy Cat can only be used on Smalltown Boy Cat, and they do not expire.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, its credit is returned to your balance automatically. A video that was generated uses its credit. For anything else about a payment, contact support@smalltowncatai.com.

Refunds

You can get a refund for a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@smalltowncatai.com from the address you paid with. If you are in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; by using a credit you ask us to start the service, and you lose the right of withdrawal for that credit.

Your photos

You must have the right to use every photo you upload, and the people in them must agree to the video being made. You confirm this before each video.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Smalltown Boy Cat to make videos that involve:

• real people who have not agreed to it;
• minors;
• sexual or pornographic content;
• impersonating another person.

Videos that break these terms may be deleted, and the emails used to make them may be blocked.

How long files are kept

Uploaded photos, and any images made from them, are deleted 7 days after upload. Generated videos are deleted 30 days after they are made.

Disclaimer

Smalltown Boy Cat is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Videos are made by AI: results vary from video to video, may not look exactly like your photos, and may contain mistakes or visual glitches. We do not promise that Smalltown Boy Cat will always be available or free of errors. Smalltown Boy Cat is for entertainment only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, that comes from using Smalltown Boy Cat. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Smalltown Boy Cat in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
